Nakata Naomi!
Naomi is an arts student who loves everything cute and sweet. While clumsy and a little lacking in confidence, she's always trying her hardest in life no matter the task.
Her optimistic spirit shines in the face of adversity, even if this makes her come across as naïve at times. She intends to work at Moe Moe Maiden to gain a feeling of what 'real life' is like, though this may test her ideals.
Okui Momoe / Milfeulle-chan!
Momoe is the eldest of the girls at Moe Moe Maiden. She goes by the maid name Milfeulle, which she says is inspired by the pastry, even though it's spelled more like the anime character.
She's not quite as invested in her job as the other maids, but has been able to stick around by virtue of her kind and cooperative attitude. Her warm personality could still be hiding some secrets.
Dango-chan!
Dango-chan is something of a local celebrity at the café. She stands out with her gyaru fashion sense and drill twintails. She pushes herself to work because she sees the maid café as a way to further her career as an idol.
This puts her towards the top of the maid rankings, although there might be a cost to her popularity.
Acting more enthusiastically may get Naomi closer to her.
Potato-chan!
Potato-chan is a girl of few words. No one understands why she chose her maid name, as it seems to contrast with her elegant demeanour.
She still attracts plenty of customers who find her cold mannerisms cute, and takes her job more seriously than the others. For some mysterious reason, she's always the last to leave the café at night.
Acting more reserved may get Naomi closer to her.

I really loved this one! It was a fun glimpse into the world of being a maid, and it made me think about if there are clientele out there like this!! I really loved how we get to know a little bit about all the other characters and what their deal is. The visuals and music also were amazing. I loved the opening video and song a lot, especially! I feel like it's sort of rare to see them in the scope of a game jam entry! Overall, it was both entertaining and also I enjoyed the moments where it was more serious, too <3 Good work :D !!
This is an amazing game!!! The style is really cool and it gives off 2000s nostalgia. The music is incredible as well, I'm glad there's a site where we can listen to it. I love how it touches on deeper subjects and the whole tone changes. The ending is very beautiful and I almost cried <3 My only complaint would be that I wish there was moreeeeeee. I'm looking forward to more games by you, you're an incredible team <3

Just finished playing. I LOVE IT, im so suprised that this isnt more popular!! The tone shifts are great, literally gave me goosebumps and i got super emotional towards the end. I felt super close with the characters!! I also just love the style as well. LOVELY GAME !!! <3
Are you trying to tell me that being an anime maid surrounded by cute girls doing cute things isn't the perfect life? No way! Seriously though, the tone shifts in this game were so nicely done - it really got me. I also absolutely adored the visuals here, from the sprites to the gui and the choice of the screen format that felt nostalgic.
This game deserves so much more attention! It's such a unique experience, the music is amazing and the themes explored are very deep!

the amount of old school references i got while playing this surprised me... huge props. amazing overall, from the ost, programming, story, GUI, 3d models, and art direction. a very well polished game with a strong message. MAIDNIGHT!
This game is so charming! I'm someone who really loves maid cafes and this game felt amazing from the first moment I got into it.
The 3D models are great and I'm obsessed with the OST!

I loved this game so much. It has so much charm and nostalgia. The OST is amazing! The maids are all adorable! The art style is so unique and creative! It’s relatable, well researched, and great representation for mental health and depersonalization. It made for an extremely fun stream on Twitch! (Pro hydration tip: take a sip of water every time the customers do!)

Everything about this, from the dreamcast vibes to the dreamy synth motifs present throughout the entire soundtrack, all came together to create such a polished and satisfying story about the horrors of working in customer service.
MAIDNIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what a lovely little treat this was. beautifully done, amazing visuals, superb music and sound design, nostalgic dreamcast themeing, and a poignant reflection on low-paying service jobs. the trailer got me incredibly hyped, and i was certainly not let down. milfeulle i love you <3
